Yeah an ip success is always different in my opinion...some are rushed, with some the celeb has taken the time to neatly put a signature... It can't hurt, JD and Bob will give an honest answer and if they feel they made a mistake they will pull the listing before selling it. To second what woa is saying, you can never be 100% sure unless you were there, so it comes down to who you trust and feel comfortable dealing with.
