Well, the thing about Johnny Depp is that he is always in a hurry, so he has gotten accustomed to a very specific way of signing.

Alas, as I say, that wasn't signed at the UK premiere, unless for one item he decided to totally change his signature.

Right I have asked for a free authentication and then if I want it 100% certified I will have to let him know I might get it certified.

All the other sites look dear! They are saying stuff like Â£40 to get it authenticated!

You don't need to pay for an authentication, I've authenticated it for you!! I've just as much knowledge as anyone on those sorts of websites, if not more. :neutral:

There is one thing I have learned over the years, and that is that James is the go to man for London Premieres. He is lucky enough to be a position where good signatures are signed, and if he doubts it then it would be enough to put doubt in my eyes. I am thinking that you must also have doubts, otherwise you would not have asked on here for authentication, but bear in mind anyone can say yes or no, but only a few members have the actual experience to answer it. It also concerns me that the person who got it signed didn't give you full information about when it was signed, given you thought this was signed in Ireland.

Things you could ask to help... where were you when it was signed, i.e. what position outside the cinema that would help James (or anyone else present) to confirm even more. I fully agree the chances of Depp signing one different signature in what I have no doubt was a scrum, are zero.

Yes I know I have seen many posts over the years of him and he seems like the main man! But I have asked an authenticator and he thinks its real obviously everybody is going to have there own opinion but here is the email I got back:
