If it looks like the scan where the R and D are separated then yes. If the R and D are touching then it's authentic.

EDIT: Just saw you added a scan of it. I have never seen one signed like that where he signs his full first name and all. I would say probably secretarial since it doesn't look like his handwriting.

Heres a photo of an authentic signature of Richards. My mom met him a few months ago and had him sign my Tin Man book and DVD. She has one where he signed down the yellow brick road.

yes i to had concerns about his auto ttm..and did open a thread on it a few months back
but at the moment there is no concrete evidence to substaniate that his ttm is secretarial
top dealers are still selling his ttm as genuine and no detailed signature study has been taken at this time :neutral:

here are 2 recent in -person examples.they are very similar to his ttm ones?
obtained in the states at a recent signing session
