Unknown Autograph? Help Appreciated!

I received this autograph today, but I can't tell whose it is. It came with no other letter then the happy birthday one, so yeah it would be nice if anyone could identify whose autograph this is.

the character on the letter look familiar (maybe a comic strip?) -- could it be the illustrator?

it is not the mutts creator patrick mcdonnell. looks odd... like it says something siapiiet, but that doesn't make sense. sorry i can't help you more.

Edit: Scratch everything I said, to make sure it was hers I contacted her on facebook, and apperently it is not hers.

So help would be appreciated, whose this autograph?!!
