I have seen different ways Kim is signing her pics now ... I have two autographs of her like the first picture posted here. However, I have seen many successes from her with just "Kim" and a heart signed. Are they both authentic? I'm sort of confused...

Yes, they are both authentic. It is just the shorter and longer variasion of her signature {thumb2}

I heard the first one was a pre print since others have gotten the same

The second ones are definitely authentic. She just wrote her first name instead of her whole name. The k's are exactly the same. (:
