Hey Shaun,
What do you make of this? Perhaps could be moved to the "Is My Autograph Authentic?" section.
I still believe all of Mickey Rooney's autographs coming through the mail are secretarial, even through venues. They consistently don't match his in-person autographs, which although rushed did match well to each other when I got him a number of times last year. Of course it is up to you and others what they believe but will point out that the "R" actually has been signed in a different direction to how he normally signs.
Though one strange thing, it looks completely different to the secretarial "successes" last year via Sunderland, so either Jan forgot how to sign his sig, or Jimmy has taken over...
I added a scan for you to have a look at, but these are my thoughts so no point in anyone having a go at me.

As you requested, I have moved it.
Personally, I think this is sec due to the photo comparison josh made. This is too neat compared to IPs.

I think the "R" is the killer sign, and in more recent examples it's always been looped over the first "Micky" part in a clockwise direction, the TTM's don't have this.
