Joe Cole TTM

Recieved this in the post the day after the CL final in Moscow second-class, which means it was sent the day before the final, when Chelsea were in Moscow so Joe couldn't have signed it then? However, several people claim similar-looking ones to mine TTM to be secretarial. Here is mine:

Even though it was sent to you the day before the final, it could've been signed days or weeks prior to that?! Perhaps.

I really don't believe this whole 'Chelsea send secretarials' thing. The ones I've seen match IPs well, and I think more people would be getting replies from the club if that was the case.

I'd like to think your autograph is authentic but I'm open to other opinions.

All the Joe Cole TTM autographs do look quite crude compared to his in-person autographs. I haven't compared to others like Sport Signings but on the IPs I have the J isn't as elongated as any of the TTMs and looks more like an "8" than anything else, instead of being really stretched out at the bottom. The end section just looks wrong too but that's my opinion.

The day of recieving the autograph has little to do with determing its authenticity as this is a Chelsea sent Club Card.

I would say the Jole Cole you recieved from Chelsea looks suspicious. Have a look at the IP examples VS the TTM below:



Chelsea has a record of sending sec- autographs in the past and that is a fact.

Yeah - IP he never loops the end but my TTM is. I presume that means the others TTM are secs too? They have similar patterns and Joe is a poor signer.

Yes; the TTM's that looks like yours will be sec- too.

yeah he never does the "J" that big n the end never loops. i havent any of mine scanned but another exmaple of an in person sucess http://christine.photoblog.org.uk/p33377072.html
