OTH Girls Autograph?

Hi I bought this a while ago off ebay, I just wanted to know if it was authentic or not, it's signed by Sophia Bush, Bethany Joy, Hilarie Burton and Danneel Harris. It came with a COA, but I wasn't sure how reliable that was. (I have a pic of the COA if you need it). I think I bought it for 50 dollars.
