My friend got this for me from ebay, does it look authentic? Sorry about pic quality but my scanner is not working.

This is a Pic of my IP from Jeff Hardy and they kinda match from what I can see
but the quality of the pic is not so good. Ok impossible to tell. I know that the stuff he draws on if real can be pricey though

It looks to be pretty authentic no real signs of forgery as far as i can see.

The signature on the OP is barely visible, so how can you say authentic?
