About 7 years ago my mum went into our local framing shop and got talking to the owners who she had known for a long time as she was a regular customer. She asked if anyone ever left them things to frame and never came back. At which point the owner said yes, and said he had something a friend of his wanted him to frame, but that was over 25 years ago and he still had it. Apparently (although we can't remember if this was exactly what was said), the man (Paul) went to some sort of convention or other and asked them to sign the print he took along, which they did. When my mum realised what it was, she asked if she could buy it, and after paying £25, brought it home.
I would be quite upset if this wasn't genuine, but I would like to know if the picture that's been on our wall all this time is a fake or the real thing.
