Personally i am a bit doubtful on that item.I have seen first hand authentic elvis autographs only because i have a friend who's mother worked for him.to me it look's a bit off but maybe it was signed at a bar of when he was on the run.But i could be incorrect it is best to bring it to a speciallist in this field and have him look at it.

Hi Seewolf
Did the seller give you any sort of history of the Guitar? When and where it was signed? Original owner?
Here is an authentic EP auto you can compare it too. if I find more examples I will post them for you. Congrats on the purchase

There's probably only a handful of authentic signed guitars in existence from Elvis Presley. I've never seen one come up for auction. If it did, the price would be very high. $5000,- and up.

Just looking at the autograph it's hard to tell if it's authentic or not. Some forgers are very good at their jobs. What would make this piece authentic is history and proof. Is there any more you can tell us about it? Who was the seller, where did they obtain the guitar, from what year is the guitar. Stuff like that.

Yes i would have to agree there and if you had one why sell it so chaep? That seem's to be a problem with collecting autographs so many people try to scam it's just not correct.

HUGE HUGE HUGE FAN HERE. i really really doubt he signed guitars for sale..i actually doubt the fact he ever signed guitars...well maybe a few but this would be very rare....EVEN THOUGH...the signature looks really really authentic to me. His signature is very easy to copy so this is either a real guitar signed by Elvis Presley or a really good copy
