I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me whether the signatures in this book are genuine?

I have my doubts, because it looks like the same pen has been used on nearly all of them. But I just wondered what others think.

WoW! That is totally cool! I don't know though, it does look like the same pen. Is the bottom autograph like the pp, and then the sideways one is the 'authentic'?

Yes, that's the copy of the signature at the base. Which makes me even more wary, as you have a replica of the signature to copy and then you can sign it.
The way the pen writes is very similiar to a type of pen from a well known brand over here, I used to have one. It's a distinctive style, and even if they had those writers back then, I'm not sure nearly every actor/actress would have used one.
Unless the person provided their own pen....

Yea, I was thinking that to. I'm a huge fan of the old movies, so it's pretty cool, but even the person selling it dosen't know if their authentic.
Do you know if that pen was around in the 30's/40's? I know the deanna durbin pic is from the 30's, and I think the rest are from the 40's.
