Bill Gates - Authentic?

I wrote to Bill Gates at the Microsoft Corp. and I think that is the address in the database. I sent him a SASE and nice letter asking for his autograph, anyway He was so gracious and kind enough to mail me back a small photo signed with some cool facts about Microsoft. I was tickled and just wish Steve Jobs or Vinton Cerf responses come back with as much success.
Is this a autopen or authentic you guys and gals opinion helps? Thanks!
