Hi,
I've received this autograph.
http://www.sashasadiepup.com/detail.asp ... gpic=0#img
I was wondering if you guys thought it might be real?
I had contacted the seller for details.

I received a reply

"Sorry for the day delay in getting back to you. We needed to contact our sister office in Michigan because all of the signing records on our items are kept there.

Here are the signing records for Megan Fox item#45620 (Authenticty Code-W495)

MEGAN FOX W495: SIGNATURE OBTAINED AT THE MTV MOVIE AWARDS REHEARSAL

This item comes with our company COA and Lifetime Guarantee since it was signed for us in person.

Many thanks,

Don M, SashaSadiePup.com"

On the COA by Sasha & Sadie's Celebrity Autograph its got Authenticity # TP1326.

slinkster,
Doesn't look good to me. Just recently I attended a signing with the cast of Jennifer's Body and the signature I got looks nothing like the one being shown. As for the letter of authenticity, ANYBODY can write something down on a piece of paper and call it a letter of authenticity. Unless it's a major company like Global Aunthentication or PSA/DNA I wouldn't trust it.

Hi Bud Simpson,

I'm not sure if people generally take photos of the signature, but is it possible for you to send me an email with the signature please? I have looked at so many signatures from Megan Fox and cudn't tell which is real and wich isn't. It would be good to be able to see a real one to compare to others.

I would have to say that that photo does not look authentic to me, ive seen those advertised for a while and would not go near them, they all have the same flaws every time, i also have a jennifers body poster which has a full auto and the M is more stretched out i also have a transformers poster and a photo and the M is allways stretched out, also i noticed that is a newer pic of her which means if it were signed recently, it doesnt match any of the recent in persons i have come across.
an ebay seller authenticautograph has a photo up for $100 and it is an M with a squiggle at the end of it, but at least its a genuine scribble.
Hope this helps you.

Also have found that the photos were taken for Elle Magazine and released around August of this month, so there is no possibility of this being signed last year.
Hope this also helps buddy.

I took a look at their graphs and most look dubious to me. We all want the graphs we collect to be authentic and sometimes we just want a graph to be real and try to convince ourselves it is but alas it is not.

Any seller can just search google and find out where a celeb has been and say it was obtained there. Unfortunately, that info really means nothing except in this case it helped by showing that a recently released photo could not have been signed years ago. This is a classic mistake made by novice forgers.

I am sure if you point it out to them they will change their story...
