Is it real.com is a great sight for checking autographs out it helps out alot and tells who signs authentic and who has secretarials.I hope this can be of some help to you.

It's fake. Compare it to the PP's Neil sends out and you'll see it's ill formed and too simplistic. Also, an authentic Armstrong would definitely not be going for the lowly amount that one's currently at
