John Lennon?

Came across this at a jumble sale in London. Paid £250 for it. Just wondered if it was real because I didn't get a COA with it I was just told it was obtained in 1965 by the sellers grandfather.
Any opinons would be great!

Wow, a great auto and a steal at £250. We auction Lennon (and other Beatles) autographs regularly, and they've gone from $1,200 to almost $9,000, depending on what it was written on and the era it dates from. I'm a bit jealous, now that I think about it.
I recommend you contact a reputable third-party authentication service and pay the fee to have it certified, for peace of mind and to bolster its value.
