This is HArd Cause I Wanna Say YES.....But After The "MICH" It Looks Like Someone TRIED To Write His NAme.....So Honestly I Dont Know.

I don't think it is. How did u obtain it? If from ebay probally not someone could have wrote his name.

Off ebay from a retired NYPD detective:) He said he was on duty when he got the autograph and its his police pad page that is signed my Michael.
Should I believe him??

I would not trust him. ): Maybe if he was an autograph dealer. But that story sounds fishy.
