Always try doing a quick internet search of the "agency" listed that provided the COA to see if it is reputable or not.
If they don't come up or if they look to have had some questions in the past I wouldn't bother with it. Even if it's real I would let it go this time just to hold off until I knew I could get one that I knew was real.
