With this one it has been signed by both Billy Ray and Miley. Miley's is the bottom very light signature. I personally would look for a SP of Miley by herself and signed more prominently. It is well overpriced.

With the other SP I can only see Billy Ray's signature?

Remember that you won’t get much of a sig from Miley and it is easily forged!
