Looks kinda like my IP's, but as you are being told all the time, if it isn't uacc or authenticated by a trusted dealer don't buy it.

sig-nature; a trusted dealer still doesnt mean anything these days; many UACC people selling fakes
it looks very close to me IP a couple monts b4 MJ died, i would say 99% authentic

doesnt look convincing to me it looks like it has been done very slowly and isnt really smooth, think of the situation of michael signing it would be very quick and sharp, sorry but im not convinced
