ive looked through the posts and some say that that bit is sec but is that on his own photos e.g he signs a stack and then the sec would right to.... becouse i sent my own pic but havent got it back yet. what i cant understand is why would the sec bother doing that why wouldnt they just leave it undedicated?

the main reason they do this is to try to keep people from selling the pic

You can remove personalisations written in sharpie by using an every day rubber/eraser! Works really well! !'m not a seller though. I only do this if I get a personalised photo in a trade

Ive had 2 back from David both dedicated and i have spoken to him he does sign his own autographs however it takes him sometime on occassions as he really is very busy.

Generally speaking, it depends.
If you request an autograph then you'll get a presigned photo which has the dedication done by his PA.
If you send a photo to be signed, you may get an authentic dedication, you may not. Depends how busy he is (they may do the personalisations for him and then he signs the stack in one shot).
It's easy to tell which you have though, as the formation of the letters are rather different.
PA...
Authentic (via venue)...
Some say that it is his handwriting doing all the dedications, but IP dedications match those such as the VV one I posted, so it's unlikely that it's his handwriting.

The personalization used to be a secretarial BUT now with David no longer working on Doctor Who, EVERYTHING on the photo is signed by David.

Where did you hear that? AFAIK the presigned photos still have a PA inscription.. At one point he was using the same PA as Catherine and Freema, which (as they are from different agencies) may have been supplied by the BBC.

Actually, that's definitely an authentic inscription. It matches the VV one I posted but not the agent presigned picture.
These are sec though
