Hard to tell on this one, not much of a signature there. I have a Tobey Maguire signed picture myself and it looks nothing like that, but mine's a full signature. So can't really compare to that. Who's the seller? Looking at other items they sell you can usually find out a lot about authenticity. ;)
I agree with guilder. My in person doesn't look nothing like the example. In the 6 times I've gotten him in person he has always signed a full signature for me. None of this T? junk!

Good luck. I don't know if it is real either. It could be easily faked and a photo of Tobey means nothing unless it was a photo of him signing that exact item.
