Los Angeles Lakers... Fair or Unfair?

Hi, just need your opinion... I sent a fan mail to coach Phil Jackson and I received a fan pack with a letter. I'm wondering what is your opinion regarding of this. I sent my mail c/o team address.

I think that's fair... at least you got the fan pack and an explanation. They could have just tossed your letter...
