Paul McCartney signed album

Hi!
I bought this Beatles album signed by Paul McCartney, they said it is certificated by "All stars England" (http://www.allstarsengland.com). It wasn't delivered yet, but I was wondering if you think it's authentic.
It was signed in 2002 in Mexico.
