You better read the description
It sais:
The signed photos used are sun-fade resistant facsimiles (reprints, prints) they will resist fading from the sun and will look great for years!
So I think these are printed signatures.
Cobain might have signed one cover of each CD and they've been copied 250 times.
(Sorry for my bad english

Yes it is a reprint, not an authentic autograph. There are a lot of sellers on ebay who do this.. they say it is signed* and have a footnote at the bottom of their 4 page description they count on no one reading all the way through. Although for the price you also should have known it was not a true autograph.
Depending on how recently you purchased it you can most likely return it if you are not happy. This particular seller says 10 days, but most powersellers will do anything to avoid negative/neutral feedback.
Read the descriptions very carefully before buying anything - especially on ebay!

those listings are pretty tricky but...
come on, any legit Cobain auto will be a lot more than $35. he has been dead for years and he was the frontman of the most famous band in his era.
anything legit would at least have a BIN of $200 and that assumption is probably a little low.
