What exactly is it youre asking? If you're asking if Frank Gorshin signed TTM then the answer is yes. I wrote to him several times and always got an authentic response. But i always used his Connecticut address. I'm not aware of a Ca. address, unless any mail sent there might have been his manager or agent, and was then forwarded to him.

Any TTMs you get from Frank Gorshin now are definitely bogus...since he's been dead for a few years. ;)

I know, I'm sorry...I couldn't resist. This is an authentic in-person I got from him; how does it compare?

I have seen (and have in my collection) a "authentic" TTM success from him I received in the 1990's. Of course I have always, and continue to, use a word of caution about ANY TTM successes. Since I did not actually see it being signed there is always a chance (no matter how slight) that it could be a fake. I believe that what I consider authentic in my collection are just that and have compared many with other IP etc. successes and have a huge file of fakes to compare and contrast my authentic TTM successes with.
The bottom line if it was supposed to have been signed in the 1990's there is a good chance that it is authentic, BUT you need to do your research.
