Is my Britney autograph real?

im skeptical because the seller told me he had IP proof and her bodyguards didnt allow photos the only proof i recieved was the date and location scribbled on the package.
The date is March 11, 2009 and the Location is hard to make out but it looks like The Mondarin Hotel in NYC
I did some research and that hotel was being built at that time and wasnt completed so that doesnt make sense The photo is beautiful though

thanks i didnt think it was the quality of the picture is beautiful though so im saving it for that alone.
I hate when people sell fakes. What made me buy it was him telling me he had IP proof. I thought he had picture proof of Britney signing it. Ill post his Ebay name here so nobody else is duped into buying from him. He has alot of other celebs up for sale and he sells quite a bit and has a great feedback on Ebay

Yeah its unfortunate. Hopefully you didn't pay too much for it. I consider myself to be an expert on her signature and I can say with 100% certainty that it's definitely not legit. :/

I didnt pay too much for it. I feel stupid cause i know her signature really well myself and i knew it looked a bit suspect but the matted paper it was printed on the IP proof the seller guaranteed sold me. I know to be a lot more cautious now

100% fake - I've had multiple autographs from Britney via venue etc and they have never looked like that.
The heart is a giveaway, she never does it like that.
