My first answer would be NO. their's too many dark area's on that, looks like someone was trying to copy it and kept stopping along the way. Also what is it on?? a T-shirt?? The heart kinda looks odd to me. where did your friend say they got it IP?? It's always good to know the source before even buying one.

Its on a Piece of small paper, like an index card...
The dark spots are just the photo quality... Thanks.
