It appears to be her signature. I just never see her write much especially a quote from a film. lol She is a hard signer apparently from what I have heard.
I really enjoyed her in "Black Swan."

I remember when Alfie's used to sell autographs. The IP Portman's signature looks the same as the one on the V for Vendetta graphic novel.
As for the note, perhaps she was glad to sign something non-Star Wars related.
