The pictures aren't showing up. I wouldn't count on an autographed photo being authentic, however. most of those are autopen-signed (a machine signs it). Your letter is probably really written by the President if it was handwritten. If it was typed, it is less likely (because a secretary could type it and an autopen could sign it).
