Who are some celebrities that actually read their fan mail and sign them (authentic)? Like I know Zendaya actually reads fan mail, because she said so. And G Hannelius replies (authentic) because she said so too. Who else?

I'd say most celebrities do infact read their fanmail. The ones who usually don't are politicians and VERY famous people such as Oprah, Johnny Depp, Rihanna, etc. There are far to many people to list that actually read their fanmail. If there's someone in particular you want to write to, just search the database and look at the other responses people got from them and that will tell you if that celeb sends out authentics or fakes

No, but On twitter she posted a picture of all her fan mail and she said shes trying to read every piece of mail.

This is a general question and not aimed at any celebrity in particular, but who's going to admit to not reading fanmail and sending out secs?

I'm actually starting to think that the feedback section of this board is one of the least reliable places on the web, with "successes" from the secretaries of John Travolta, Doris Day, Clint Eastwood, the autopens of Johnny Depp etc. all going unchallenged, when with just a teeny bit of research it's pretty obvious that the celebrity won't even have touched the pen, let alone signed with it.

I'm not going to rock the board rules boat about these, but think that the hobby would be better served by a board which is prepared to invite mature debate about them - the "Is my autograph genuine" board does this to an extent, but is woefully underused.

I agree--there have been many times where I've gone through old successes to decide if I want to write to a celebrity (to avoid wasting money, especially if they're international), and can find no opinions on authenticity. Sometimes I've asked about it on this board, but as you say, it's rather slow over here. It would be nice if we could discuss authenticity (using IP examples and such) without having to wait for the permission of the OP, and discourage feedbacks that say, "I got an autograph from John Travolta! Don't tell me if it's real or not!" Maybe say that if you don't want to know, don't read the replies. (I personally can't fathom preferring ignorance--but that's just me.)

First, its great to see two people that care about authentic autograph collecting in the posters above (HappinessStan and Lauren81492)
As to the feedback board
The exact wording for the feedback section is this
Post your feedback about a celebrity address you have tested. Win a $10 Gift Certificate! How? Test an Address and Post your Feedback!
The Admin (owner) of the site is asking for feedback about the address tested - Simple as that
There are a few things that go into testing an address and giving feedback, Is it a valid working address? How long did it take? Did you receive a pre-print, Sec, autopen or authentic? All information that should be available for the next person to decide if he/she wants to spend their time and money sending to that address.
So for anyone reading this, there is NO rule about comments of authenticity in the feedback section. The admin does not trash threads when it happens, he congratulates you on your success and lets the discussion continue so you can decide weather you want to send to that address. This non existent rule was spouted by a couple of early teen mods that got their feelings hurt that what they received was fake.
There is NO rule about posting successes with email addresses, the Admin asks you what email address you used if you do not post it!!! ( although I will not personally post email addresses)
