Help identifying

So, I received this card the other day but am having trouble determining who this is based on my list. Does anyone have any ideas? I am guessing the first initial is a "B" but can't tell if it's a "Bill" which wouldn't help me at all or what.

I collect inventors, medical innovators, and historical figures (civil rights etc.)
