98.6% Positive feedback for the seller and a guarantee make it sound authentic - but I'm new to the whole collecting thing, so I don't really know.

The fact that they have 98.6% feedback is a red flag for me. I rarely buy from anyone who has less than 99%. Also the fact that they issue their own COAs and they are not a UACC dealer or anyone reputable or known - makes me think it's fake. It also looks off compared to his in person sig that I've seen.

I'd say, fake. {down}

You can spot hesitation as they started the signature. I would pass on that one.
