I used the address in the database and i expected to get a preprinted photo from this man but i got a bookplate signed my him i did not send the bookplate he sent it to me even though I asked for a photo.

bookplates are usually authentic. i've seen some AP'd ones from Clinton but i'm pretty certain yours is legit. can't tell from the scan but its my guess
