Jack Quaid who plays Marvel the District 1 Male Tribute in The Hunger Games.

My friend went ahead and bought this picture of Jack off of an eBay user who supposably got this signed one of the times Jack flew into New York. Came in with a Certificate Of Authenticity (COA), which I know doesnt mean anything since anyone can make one.

Not sure of the authenticity status but its a good place holder until Jack does get a fan mail address for me to mail him.

I think it's authentic. It looks like his IP.
