Sent LOR, PIC and SASE towards the end of OCT to the address in the database. Received PIC back signed and personalized end of NOV. Authentic?

Any other opinions? Ive heard all of his are done by secs. It doesnt look like the ones I see on the internet where he just does his initials.

It's probably a sec. It doesn't look like any of the IP sigs I've seen (the "G" in Gosling is totally different). The one you have has a rounded G, but the IPs I've seen have a more "pointed" G.
