Robin Williams !? message on Picture ? Normal ?

Hi,
Please can anybody help me ? Do you think that this is an authentic autograph from Robin ? I don't know but i did read somewhere when there is a message / quote on the photo it means that he has wrote it on? I don't mind what it is i would just like to know
