So, I sent the photo to Mr. John Curran (he wrote the book "Agatha Christie's Secret Notebooks")

He's answer:
"I don't think that this is a genuine signature. And the fact that it is included on this photograph makes me more suspicious. Her agent did have signed photos but they were all the same and it was not this photo. "
