Bob Dylan Fan Mail ???

Hi Everyone,

I googled up Bob Dylans fan mail address, as i needed to send my fiances photograph for his autograph. The issue is that the country i am from its costing me like 200 US dollars just for the postage so i need to be sure that will this work or not.

Through this site i was told that i need to send a IRC with the letter to the said address ( unfortunatly in my country IRC is not available ) so i have to resort to UPS.
