Sent photo and LOR to Mr. Boothe sometime last summer...unfortunately I don't remember which address I used. Wasn't the "Nashville" show address though.
Today (Jan 19, 2014) received photo back personally inscribed.

Just got mine back today - only 9 days! I used the home address provided on here.
