I sent a 5 by 7 photo, LOR, & SASE on December 27, 2013 to Ethel Barrymore Theatre (No Longer Valid since the 5th, of Jan).
Received my photo signed enclosed in the SASE postmarked Jan. 14th, Santa Clarita, California which is 30 miles North of Los Angeles.
Wondering what others think regarding authenticity.

I sent 2 prints, two stamp covers and LOR to venue. Got back the two stamp covers in my SASE but no prints. Signature looks much the same as your success. So we are both lucky or both not. I've checked against some other knowns from him and they all seem the same in some ways but also different. But all depends if he signs full name, initials, is rushed at the stage door, etc. I say let's assume they are real and be happy about it.

I'm perplexed as to why it doesnt have his usual loop? But, from what I know he doesn't send out press secretary signatures instead PP so that makes me feel a bit better. Comments?

Interesting. It is a little strange it came back from Santa Clarita. He may have taken his mail from the theatre with him back to Los Angeles. To me, it looks too precise the way the 'D' is formed. But, that's just my opinion. I'm no expert.

Mark, I had the same thought that he took his remaining mail back to LA. Here is an Autograph that is quite similar to mine that was verified by PSA:
