Cariba Heine autograph authentic?

Please help!! I received this a couple days ago and was so excited! I emailed her reps in Australia and talked to them explaining I was a huge fan but I wasn't sure if she signed autographs ttm so I was unsure to send or not. They emailed her reps in the states and assured me she would sign it. I'm hoping it is authentic...what do you think?

I think that is totally real!! Would you mind telling me how exactly you got this? I'm a HUGE fan and I would love to have Cariba's autograph! Thanks so much! You're so lucky!
