Outlaw Hobbies- Evangeline Lilly real of fake?

Hello.

I'd like to buy an autograph of Evangeline Lilly, signed by herself (not a reprint or whatever).

I'm currently looking at this one, on eBay, sold by Outlaw Hobbies:

I'm not the expert here, what do you guys think? Is this legit or not? Do these "Outlaws" have a good reputation? Are they known to sell fakes through enticing advertising?

Not sure about this piece but I've had good experience with outlaw when it comes to ouat pieces.
