Send multiple emails to multiple emails and finally one of them must've worked as I got a reply from Taylor. She sent me a signed and personalized 8x10 via Fed Ex.

I like it better than the past to! I'm not sure, it looks like her handwriting from past successes and her Instagram photos. The marker seems to be the same.

Mine was the sec personalization in a different marker. But at least the autograph was real.
