About 3 years ago, when I was a newbie autograph collector, I was sending out requests with a SASE but no photograph for the celeb to sign. I received one back from Hulk Hogan. It was an inkjet photo and it was sent in a hard plastic top-loader. Think it's a Secretarial?

Just took a look at some PSA signatures of his on Ebay...some look pretty close, a few look different. Just not exactly sure.
