Has any one had a success sending to Adele?

http://www.septembermanagement.com/ On September Management's website, it states that:
"Please note that items received for any of our artists are not accepted and cannot be returned"

Does this mean that if I sent a LOR and a picture she wouldn't be able to respond?!
