Non-signers thru mail , for example :

Streep
de Niro (hasn't sgd thru mail since '82......nice IP though)
Eastwood (stopped 80s)
Streisand (stopped late 80s)
Nicholson
Depp (very good signer IP though)
Arnold S (has he ever sgd thru mail , maybe during 70s when he wasn't a film star ?)

Basically high profile celebs or those that are "hot at the moment" do not sign , they get waaaaaay too much mail and they don't prioritize it.

Also Streep can be difficult to get IP (believe me , I stood 6 hrs at Berlinale last yr and she did not sign for the fans at all......she did sign earlier though but sadly I wasn't there when she did)

Ive heard that she doesn't sign TTM and she is a terrible IP signer too.
