Thanks Dancingirl, Im glad that you understood what I was TRYING to say. Maybe its stupid of me to stick my 2 cents worth in but I was hoping people that KNEW a hell of alot more than i do about that topic would step in. Thanks for the KIND words. Made me feel like MAYBE I was learning something about this stuff.

You could try emailing the venues before you send them. That way you'll know whether or not they will get forwarded to the management. But they decide what happens to it. Ive emailed several venues and some have said they would forward it and some say it's against their policy.
