Whats going on with justin bieber?

I sent to his agency in may 2012 and i got nothing. I have sent to him 4 times to 4 different locations during his tour. NOTHING! So is he not signing anymore? Should i just give up? Should i send to his agency again? Im getting so annoyed.

He's so big and into himself now he pretty much never signs:( Sorry
