Best Way to Get an Autograph back from Debby Ryan?

So I was looking on the address page for Debby Ryan, and saw two addresses, and I was wondering which one would have the fastest response. I also saw people getting successes from the Disney Channel address, but I've also heard that Disney isn't good at passing on fanmail. Which of the three should I use?
